Heidi, I’m restarting my meditation efforts and find I like to listen to a soundtrack of water while sitting. Just this morning I realized I crave having water nearby - the sound of it, the cool that comes from its surface, the particular smell of it, and the wonder and mystery of what is in its depths. I'm so glad to hear we're in sync today! I was listening to water sounds (there are endless water tracks on Spotify) while I wrote this post!
